Refund policy

DRAFT – attorney review recommended before publishing.

• Standard package: a deposit at signing, as stated in your quote. If we can't secure a partner QEM signature on our side, we refund the deposit minus a small processing fee stated in your engagement terms.
• Before work starts: cancel within 3 business days of signing for a full deposit refund.
• Pay after approval: a deposit at signing; the balance is due once Commerce accepts the filing, or 120 days after submission if Commerce has not yet responded.
• Incentive outcomes: because the incentive is paid by your utility and isn't guaranteed, a reduced, delayed or zero incentive is not grounds for a refund.
• Exemption/extension: refundable in full if we decide before filing that your building doesn't qualify.
