What we collect

• Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone, building address, WA Building ID, floor area, use, utility account details, maintenance records, equipment photos and other documents needed to prepare your filing.
• Basic, cookie-free site analytics (page views, referrer, device type), if enabled.

How we use it

Only to estimate, prepare, review and submit your compliance and incentive paperwork, to communicate with you, and to bill. We share documents with our partner Qualified Energy Manager and, with your signed authorization, with your utilities. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Credentials

We never ask for or store your Clean Buildings Portal, utility or Portfolio Manager passwords. Access is granted through shared access or data-exchange features you control.

Storage and retention

Client documents are kept in a private, access-limited folder for the five-year compliance cycle plus one year, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer. You may request a copy or deletion at any time (subject to records we must keep for tax or legal reasons).

Fonts and third parties

This site's fonts are hosted on our own domain. Pages load no third-party fonts, trackers or advertising scripts.
