- Participating utilities: 24 (Commerce list), incl. Seattle City Light, Puget Sound Energy, Tacoma Power, Avista, Snohomish County PUD, Clark Public Utilities.
- Payment timing: typically 4–8 weeks after Commerce reserves the incentive (Commerce bulletin, Oct. 22, 2026).
- Exemption applications due ~January 1, 2027 (6 months / 180 days before deadline); extension window January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2028.
- Signers: Form A is signed by the owner, energy manager and a QEM (CBPS 017 v3.0, July 30, 2026). Clean Buildings Associates never signs.
